Message	I recently rear-ended someone at night. when cops came, we found out that the other guy has been drinking a lot. So he gets arrested. I rear-ended him, so it is my fault. but that other guy was drinking and he went to jail. When it comes to $$ settling by the insurance, what will happpen? any first hand experiences? Additionally, say this comes down to his fault, will this accident remain in my DMV record or raise my insurance cost?
